Dr. James Seferis, our founder, chairman and CEO, has left the University of Washington and established GloCal Network Corporation (GLOCAL) in the U. S. and Academy for GloCal Processes (AGLOCALP), a non-profit Association in Tokyo Japan, to augment his work in a teaming environment from a Profit, Government and Non (non-profit or non-government) (PGN) platform.Dr. Seferis directs the work of 12 professsionals through six for-profit and four nonprofit organizations in six countries.
Ari Vihersaari is Managing Director of the SEFKO group with activities in the US, Finland, and Greece. Ari's extensive experience in the aerospace and business development spheres make him an asset to GloCal's internal and external partners.
Dr. Chris Velisaris is Director and CFO, GloCal Network Corporation. Dr. Velisaris coordinates industry, university, government collaborations and teams worldwide.
David Bowes is the Glocal Managing Director, and is currently leading the Seattle Biodiesel Initiative.
David's previous experience was with the National Ministry of Education (MONBUSHO) in Japan, where he helped establish a new,
innovative International College, and the first Earth Day in Kyushu. The US Information Agency in Ankara, Turkey where he worked on
projects involving geopolitics, culture, and natural resources. The Wharton School of Business, at Penn, in International Language
and Business (where he also earned his MA) and where he also taught and worked with the team administrating the SAS Venture Fund.
Finally, as a private consultant before joining GloCal Network Corporation in 2006. David is the local contact and developer for the
G.I.V.E. fund.
Vassilis Drakonakis

Vassilis Drakonakis is currently working as a research associate at GloCal Network Corporation. The last year, he is being supported by the Greek nonprofit organization Archimedes, Center for Innovation and Creation to perform research assistance at the laboratory of GloCal Network Corporation. He graduated from the Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Dept of University of Patras last winter and he has been admitted as a Ph.D candidate to the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering of University of Cyprus.
Kazui Takahashi-Jimenez is the GloCal Administrative Assistant to the Seattle Office and is also our Japan Liason for Development in Education.
